a longer consulting engagement begins with a one day assignment.
In other cases all that is needed is one day. Click

for a few examples of what can be accomplished in one day with an
outside nudge and a management team ready to get creative.
Clients
find it convenient and affordable to test the waters for using our
services by means of a one-day trial. In that day we typically meet
with some of the people with whom we would be working within the
company and explore the challenges and opportunities ahead for their
company. They usually come away with a feeling that there are directions
worth exploring that they had not seen before. The client team meets
and decides whether to engage us further.
